Our CSR approach
In 2019, Kappa Club established itself as the first French travel club brand to be certified Act for Sustainable Tourism (ATR).
Since then, we have continually strengthened our vision of more sustainable tourism, expressed through our responsible charter based on environmental, ethical, social and educational commitments.
When creating our concept, we were keen to provide you with unique cultural outings. We work daily to ensure that they best illustrate the cultural and natural heritage of each destination. They benefit from an economic point of view the local families who develop them and bring them to life alongside us.
By developing the Green Challenge in 2021, we also decided to offer your children a program of fun, ecological and educational activities. For each activity carried out, they earn points which are then converted into donations. These are used to finance the development and needs of local associations.
Accommodation
Tropical charm meets modern design, in the 253 rooms and villas.
Each room is an ideal space to relax, recharge. The rooms offer either spectacular sea views or views of green hills. At Pullman Khao Lak Resort, connectivity is everywhere.
You will be accommodated in:
– Deluxe: 44 m² to accommodate up to 3 people. With supplement, you can have the sea view or access to the pool (contact us for connecting rooms, subject to availability)
– Family Suite: with an area of 62 m², this room can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds.
– 1 bedroom villa: approximately 115 m², it can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with a private 41 m² pool and a luxurious Pullman bed.
You will stay on an all-inclusive basis which includes buffet meals as well as local brand alcoholic beverages (excluding wines), cocktails, mocktails, fruit juices, iced teas and soft drinks. Open bar from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm (times are approximate).
You will have the choice between:
– “Plai” main restaurant (open during meal times). It offers a range of homemade Thai recipes as well as international dishes.
– “Kram Beach Club“, Relax with a cocktail, with friends or family.
– “The Hub” is the pool bar which serves a diverse range of refreshing drinks by the sparkling waters.
Good to know: The main restaurant “Plai” will be closed from 1st to 30th September 2024. The buffet will be served at Kram Beach Club during this period.

– During the day: the Kappa Club concept also means discovering a more responsible philosophy of club travel by truly immersing yourself in Thai culture thanks to Kappa activities and moments such as visiting the local Bang Niang market, learning traditional Thai cuisine, learning Thai boxing, tasting local products and many other cultural discoveries.
– In the evening: the team will meet you at the open-air movie night on the beach (depending on the season), Thai evening, private aperitif, not forgetting the famous “White” evening. A white outfit to bring in your suitcase.
Kappa outings
The highlight of your stay, cultural outings are included in your experience. They are carefully developed by our teams, through meetings with local populations, in order to allow you to discover all the facets of the destination, cultural, culinary or natural, while developing the local economy with an approach that is always respectful of the environment.
Here are the outings available on this club:
• Bang Niang Market (5 hours):
Discover the Bang Niang market. This will be an opportunity to immerse yourself in Thai life, and taste the local street food.
• Visit the Golden Temple (2h30):
The largest temple in the city of Takuapa reveals its secrets during a visit to the heart of Buddhist philosophy. Meeting with the monks and offering ceremony for a timeless journey.
• Meal at the local’s house:
Experience an unforgettable moment during a meal at the local’s house. A change of scenery and a total immersion in local Thai life.
• Introduction to Thai Boxing, in a local camp (3 hours) – only from December to May:
Discover Thai culture through the practice of Thai boxing in a local camp. After visiting the site, and meeting your teacher of the day, it is among the local practitioners that you will begin the warm-up and initiation of this sport which is an integral part of Thai life.
The Kappa Fun Club is only open during school holidays, 6 days a week, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (continuously).
– Fun Club Mini: from 4 to 7 years old
– Fun Club Junior: from 8 to 12 years old
* Depending on the number of children, the age groups may be grouped together.
At the Fun Club, your children will discover the taste of travel through sports, fun and cultural activities while having fun with a qualified team.
– During the day: cooking classes (during school holidays only), make-up workshops, multimedia activities, cultural treasure hunt, theme days.
– In the evening: several evening events are organized during the Boom Party week, your children will be taken care of from dinner before meeting up for a special activity (supervised by the Fun Club animators). This will also be an opportunity for you to enjoy romantic getaways.
NB: The Kappa Fun club is only operational in winter, during school holidays. No teen club at this hotel.
Located on the seafront, enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the region (equipped with deckchairs and parasols).
The hotel has a 1000 m² free-form swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols. Another infinity pool is located near the beach.
For sports enthusiasts, try the fitness room where you can practice yoga and relax in the sauna (classes available in English, with supplement). It is also possible to borrow a paddle or canoe (by reservation)
Treat yourself to a relaxing treatment at the spa for complete relaxation. The Rosalyn Spa has 2 hammams.
Children will also find their happiness whether in the “Kids club” with a dedicated games room, a kindergarten or a paddling pool with water games
The hotel’s main slide will be closed from September 9 to October 14, 2025.

Flight times are given for information purposes only and are subject to change by the airline or airport authorities.
Flight times will be confirmed to you: for the outbound flight, upon receipt of the airport summons, for the return flight directly on site by our representative at the destination.
In addition to our departures from Paris, Brussels, and London, we offer stays departing from the provinces (by train or plane). The times and method of transport will be confirmed to you upon receipt of your travel documents.
The continuity of your journey to your final destination is ensured directly by the airline, even in the event of disruptions on the outbound or return journey.

English, Belgian and French nationals must have a passport in good condition, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Thai territory.
