Woodestination does not store or record any credit card number that you provide to us on the site when you pay for your trip. We do not know this information, which is encrypted from your own computer or mobile.
Thanks to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol, your data is encrypted on your computer before it even circulates on the Internet. It is therefore unreadable for anyone who would like to intercept it. You will see – at the top of your browser window, in the Internet address – a padlock, a key or even a small green indicator indicating that communication with the site is secure. This data is transmitted directly to the GIE Carte Bancaire or to CETELEM (PASS MasterCard Card) via our Payline payment system, in order to obtain payment authorization, then the debit corresponding to your purchase.
In order to combat fraud, we use the 3D Secure security protocol for online payments. This protocol aims to authenticate your identity and secure your payment using a unique code sent by your bank (usually not by SMS) that you must use to validate your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
On the website, you can pay for your reservation by Chèques Vacances Connect (via your application) and/or by bank card: Carte Bleue, Carte Mastercard, Carte Visa, Carte American Express, Carte PASS and Carte PASS MasterCard. You can complete your payments in one of our travel agencies (excluding Franchised Agencies) by check, cash, Woodestination vouchers, Woodestination vouchers, gift vouchers (Tir groupé*, CADHOC*, Shopping Pass, Kadéos, CADO), gift cards (Woodestination, Kadéos), ANCV holiday vouchers (paper or digital format). * except Show ticketing
There are many options available to you to pay for your next vacation in several installments with your Visa or Mastercard bank card:
Possibility of payment in 3 or 4 installments (1) on the following products: stays, cruises, parks, tours, vacation rentals, tailor-made trips, hotels, camping, thalassotherapy, skiing, weekends, rail transport*, sea crossings*, vehicle rentals*, more than 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from departure for a file amount of $100 to $6,000.
The Flight, Hotel and Flight + Hotel products only have payment in 4 installments.
Electron or Maestro type cards, e-cards, prepaid cards, Indigo and American Express cards are not accepted for payment options.
* For transport only: The payment option is possible in 3 and 4 installments in agencies and by telephone. On the internet, you can pay for flights alone in 3 installments, for a reservation more than 35 days before departure.
