WooDestination undertakes to take reasonable measures to ensure that the Site is accessible 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure and reasons beyond the control of WooDestination.

• service providers and subcontractors of the Woodestination group companies (e.g. IT service providers, service providers operating in the advertising sector);
• advertisers or partner brands, but in this case they do not have access either directly or indirectly to the data concerning you and only data linked to your profile without it being possible to identify you directly or indirectly, can be used for these advertisers.

Limitation of the retention period of your data
The data collected concerning you will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes above, increased by the period of the legal limitation period. For example, the data may be retained for:

Subcontractors and service providers undertake to respect levels of confidentiality at least identical to those of Woodestination Group companies.
Is your data processed outside the European Union?
The different categories of data collected and processed within the framework of Woodestination may be transmitted to service providers located in countries outside the European Union such as Morocco, or even within the framework of IT services or the exploitation of data in connection with social networks.

What are your rights?

Woodestination wishes to inform you that failure to provide or modify your data may have consequences in the processing of certain requests as part of the execution of the general conditions of the loyalty program and that your requests for the exercise of rights will be kept for monitoring purposes.
As the data controller, Woodestination implements the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of managing the loyalty program, managing its relationship with you, carrying out operations to communicate promotions and personalized or non-personalized offers, managing the link between the Pass card and the loyalty program (if applicable) and producing statistics in order to improve the loyalty program offer.
The computerized records, stored in the Woodestination computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of the communications between the Parties.
Waiver
It is formally agreed between the Parties that any tolerance or waiver by one of the parties in the application of all or part of the commitments provided for herein, whatever their frequency and duration, may not constitute a modification of these General Conditions, nor generate any right whatsoever.
Force Majeure
Foreseeable, irresistible and external events that make it absolutely impossible for one or other of the Parties to perform their commitments under the conditions provided for are deemed to be force majeure events.
All force majeure events, defined by regulations and case law, constitute a cause for suspension or termination of Woodestination ‘s obligations, if the event continues for more than one (1) month. Woodestination cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of the occurrence of one of the aforementioned events.
Applicable Law
This site is subject to French law.
Updating information
The website is updated every day. However, it is possible that the proposed dates become unavailable during the day, that proposed departures (departure airports) are no longer available, or that the price is updated during the day. It is also possible that a call price indicated is no longer available, depending on the available stock, reservations and the filling of allocations for each of the dates and departures of the travel service.
Woodestination is insured under the tourist packages and services listed in Article L. 211-1 of the Tourism Code not only relating to transport tickets that it has contracted with the end consumer for services in progress or to be provided, under the conditions provided for by Articles L. 211-18 and R. 211-26 to R. 211-34 of the Tourism Code as amended by Decree No. 2015-1111 of September 2, 2015.
